THE BUSINESS

Task Fulfilment was started in 1995 as a solution to a problem - we were printing material for mailshots and we needed that material inserted into envelopes.

What We Can Do For You.

• Take your customers' orders arriving via the post, phone or web.
• Bank your money into your account.
• Data capture the details (forming a basis for future mailings) & report responses for market analysis.
• Pick, pack & post your customer's goods.
• Control your stock & accept deliveries from your suppliers, performing Goods-Inwards inspections on your behalf.
• We handle a wide range including DVDs/CDs, books, videos, posters, shrubs & bulbs and beauty products.
• We also provide a light, clean, simple assembly service, so we can assemble your products ready for sale.

THE PEOPLE

Flat management structure.

There are two directors; Susan Smith (Production) runs the daily operations, with the assistance of a supervisor and team leaders. Rick Nesham (Managing) handles the specialised projects and the longer term strategic planning. He also manages the infrastructure of the business and designs the workplace equipment.

The troops.

We employ a mixture of full-time and part-time staff working on site as well as a number of home workers.

• If an employee can provide the quality of work we demand, then we will allow them to work the hours they wish.
• This flexible approach to employment makes for high morale and an unusually committed labour force, which is reflected in the service we can provide for you.
• This flexibilty works both ways, allowing us to expand or contract our capacity according to activity levels.

Bespoke work place.

In our development workshop we design & build our own workstations to complement your specific products' characteristics.

• Each workstation takes into account the nature & volume of the product to be packed or assembled. They are ergonomically designed and can easily be varied in height and position.
• We design and build our own packing devices for unusual tasks.
• All this attention to detail feeds benefits through to you as we can more easily pack & despatch your products resulting in more orders out the door and keeping costs down through greater efficiency.
