Contract Packing

This service augments our regular activity as it can be used to assemble your products from the constituent parts, allowing you to purchase parts from different suppliers. We can then assemble your product for you. We specialise in assembly processes unsuitable for machinery, but best suited to many pairs of hands!

A trusted team of home workers assist specialist in-house packers to hand pack all manner of products that do not readily lend themselves to machine operations. Our flexible workforce ensures that no matter how large a task may be, you can rely on us to meet your deadline. We have regularly packed 2 million packets of flower seeds every month for cover mounting onto magazines such as Amateur Gardening and The Telegraph.

We also undertake numerous small-scale tasks such as manual bar-coding of products or making up children’s party packs.

Despatch & Delivery

We can despatch thousands of orders a week. These can be despatched via the Royal Mail or a courier service. We can also handle bulk shipments on pallets to destinations within the UK and abroad, organising the transport on your behalf. We have the space and equipment to handle articulated lorries.

Customer Care

This is an essential part of any customer driven business. We provide you with the entire mail order service from receipt of order, to banking monies, through to despatch of goods, looking after your customer all along the way. Our in-house tracking system means we know exactly what stage each order is at, enabling our dedicated Customer Care team to give up-to-date information to your customer.

However, if your customer feels that their order is in some way unsatisfactory, we will tactfully handle their disappointment with a professionalism and politeness that marks us out from the crowd.
